Online PA
Calendars are hard to keep. Using our online personal assistant you can enter all of your dates, obligations and meetings and we will send you messages by text to remind you about your commitments. The thing that would differentiate us from google calendar would be our personal connection with our constomers. We would recomend restaurants in your local area, and send reviews of your favorite movies. This attempt to connect with our costumer base will make us stand out.

Google already has the infastructure, so you wouldn't want to recreate the whole calendar system... If you were to leverage google's calendar system or say facebook by writing a plug-in... how would you make money? advertising? how would that not be intrusive and annoying?
